Recipe of the Week: Greek Yogurt Chicken

Sounds weird, right? But this is one of my favorite [healthy] main dishes to make for dinner. It’s easy, with few ingredients, tastes great and is healthy – the trifecta!

All you need is a chicken breast, plain greek yogurt, Panko bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.



Step 1: Cover your chicken breasts with plain greek yogurt: 



Step 2: Spinkle bread crumbs over top the greek yogurt: 


Step 3: Sprinkle on parmesean cheese: 



Bake at 350 or 375 for approx 20-25 minutes depending on your oven.
