Over the weekend (and I admit it, last night, too) I made some DELICIOUS shrimp and guacamole toastadas for dinner.
I followed this recipe pretty closely. (Although I made mine a bit simpler by only using red pepper flakes, cajun seasoning, garlic salt and chili powder on my shrimp.) It’s a simple and DELICIOUS meal – perfect for if you’re craving something with a south of the border flavor but are short on time.
